In memory of Assa Reichter | | Hilton Tel Aviv, Israel | October 23-24, 2017 | It is our great pleasure to invite you to 2017 Special Topic Conference (STC): "The practice of patient centered care: Empowering and engaging patients in the digital era", will be held on 22-23 October 2017 at the Hilton Tel Aviv, Israel.
This Conference will provide a platform for researchers, data scientists, practitioners, decision makers and entrepreneurs to discuss ways for sustainable and inclusive digital health innovations aimed at patient’s/consumer’s engagement and empowerment.
We will use this event to allow participants to share experience and knowhow, and get first hand introduction to the innovations implemented in the Israel healthcare system and startup industry.
The Conference will cover timely topics in integrating data and patient information, decision support tools for the patient and practitioner. The Conference faculty will involve key International opinion leaders in this field.
As the hosting city, Tel Aviv is indeed the cultural, financial and commercial heart of Israel, a cosmopolitan centre on the seafront, with fine sandy beaches, pubs and culture on tap every day of the week. |
