Advances in women’s health are possible because of the hard work of many health professionals from around the world.

Dr Donna Pratt has over 30 years of international experience in all aspects of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Reproductive Endocrinology (RE). Her experience includes the management and medical directorship of large private IVF practices across the US, leadership of some of the country’s leading residency programs and chairing the Investigation Review Board for the Center of Human Reproduction.

 

Dr Shailesh Puntambekar (Pune, India)

Advances in Endoscopic Surgery for Gynecological Malignancy

Dr Shailesh Puntambekar conducted India’s first successful laparoscopic assisted uterine transplant in 2018 at Galaxy Care Multispecialty Hospital. He patented the technique of radical hysterectomy (Pune Technique of Laparoscopic Radical Hysterectomy) and is the only Indian to serve on the board of the American Association of Gynae Laparoscopists (AAGL).

 

Dr Panayota Zarmakoupis (Al Ain, UAE)

Dr Panayota Zarmakoupis, Chief and Medical Director at Tawam Fertility Center, has been published widely, including 45 manuscripts in peer reviewed journals and 101 abstracts in national and international conferences such as the ASRM, ACOG, ESHRE and MEFS. She is the first physician to establish a pregnancy using testicular sperm, in the state of Kentucky in the US. She was one of the pioneers in the USA to introduce Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) and Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Disorders (PGT-M) for genetic screening of embryos and family balancing.

 

Prof. Daniel Seidman, Tel Aviv, Israel

Artificial intelligence in Women's Health – Evolution or Revolution?

FemTech: New Health Technology for Women

Dr Daniel S. Seidman, Co-director of the IVF Unit at Assuta Medical Center in Tel-Aviv (one of the largest IVF Units in the world with over 10,000 cycles per annum), has published over 300 research papers and several books in the field of human reproduction and advanced endoscopic surgery. He invented the world’s first Blue LED Neonatal phototherapy device and is a two-time winner of the Golden Hysteroscope Competition (hosted by the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists (AAGL).
